Card Making with Colleen
Wednesday, April 3, 1 to 3 PM. Colleen Vancil, instructor. Make five beautiful greeting cards in this class. All the supplies are furnished and you will take home five cards for various occasions. $20. ($18 member price).
Live Model Drawing Class
Friday, April 5 and 12, two classes. 11 AM to 2:30 PM (bring a sack lunch) Lydia Cooper, instructor. Learn the basics of drawing the human body with charcoal and other mediums in various clothed poses. We’ll study proportions, muscle and bone structure. Exercises will include quick sketches and more tonal drawings. $45. for both classes. ($40.50 member price)
Beaded Jewelry Making
Saturday, April 6, noon to 3 PM
Connie Bonn, instructor. Learn to make your own beautiful jewelry. $30 includes all of the supplies. ($27 member price)
Watercolor Workshop
Saturday, April 20, 10 AM to 2 PM. (bring a sack lunch or snack)
Philis Schmidt, Instructor. The first class in a series of three, you may take one or all three classes. The series will feature classes on painting fresh flowers, cut glass, keys, lace and more. Learn how to paint reflections, refractions on water and glass, as well as, various textured surfaces. $30 ($27 member price) Supply list available at registration

Drawing Fundamentals, Four class series details below
Friday, May 3, 10, 17 & 24 from 11 to 2:30 P.M. (Bring sack lunch or snack) Lydia Cooper, instructor. Your choice: Take one or more individual classes for $25 each class ($22.50 member) or all four classes for $75 ($67.50 member) Supply list available at registration.
May 3, Class #1 -- All about line. We will practice contour drawing with and without a grid and speed drawing with a ball point pen. Emphasis on shape, relationship, contour and drawing without an eraser. Learn the basic skills of drawing or refresh you skills in shading, composition, perspective, form and more.
May 10, Class #2 – Perspective. Learn to draw buildings, towns, interiors, furniture and geometric shapes.
May 17, Class #3 – Tonal values, shading and highlights. Create form and shape to give the illusion of depth and realism.
May 24, Class #4 – Putting it all together. Draw so-called “difficult” subject matter, such as, human hands. Learn foreshortening and other “distortions”. Bring your drawings
